Here are some other "big" numbers to look at:

2008-45
2007-52
2006-25
2005-37
2004-33
2003-44
2002-48

Those are his recruiting rankings at Texas Tech. All he has to do is pick up Texas' droppings and they finish top 25 in recruiting. Hamilton has made it clear that he wants a proven recruiter and that is one thing that Leach will never bring to the table.

Don't be dissing the Galleryfurniture.com Bowl. It's huge.

I have a feeling the ones of you that hate Leach, are the same ones that sit on your hands in Neyland and look down your noses at the fans that actually cheer and support the team.

Those are the only quality teams they've played on the road in 8+ years?

looks like it
Texas and OU have lost 6 home games since 2000 and each have a national title

that may be your chief criteria
I'll settle for growing a low level program into a national title contender

Yeah, that's sound logic. We just fired a guy because we weren't content with 8 and 9 win seasons so let's go after a guy who has built a career on that.

Gruden in my dreams.. Davis hell yeah.. but kiffin hasn't proven anything.

Yes he has... He was great at USC..
and you can't knock him for the raiders..

they are just horrible... he had nothing to do with that..

The crypt keeper is in complete control up there

And who are you talking about tx? Leach because of one good year? Other than this year, he has kept the same trend that Spike had before him.

You're going to base one year of success on how good a coach is? You've got to be kidding me.
one year? who said it's only been one year? his only bad year has been in which they lost to
<table class="tablehead" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tbody><tr class="oddrow" valign="top"><tr class="oddrow" valign="top"><td>at No. 20 TCU </td><td>L 12-3</td></tr><tr class="evenrow" valign="top"><td>No. 23 Missouri </td><td>L 38-21</td></tr><tr class="oddrow" valign="top"><td>at Colorado </td><td>L 30-6</td></tr><tr class="oddrow" valign="top"><td>No. 5 Texas </td><td>L 35-31</td></tr><tr class="oddrow" valign="top"><td>at No. 17 Oklahoma </td><td>L 34-24</td></tr></tr></tbody></table>
all respectable losses.. a f@#$@#in tough sched.
well except colorado..that'd be like us losing to Vandy(which is a high possibility this year)

Exactly! NO TO LEACH!

He's to goofy to run this program.. We need a stern, in your face, intimidating person!!

that's UT football and that who should represent it..

not some clown

And all at times when those teams weren't amazing..

Colorado??? Seriously... come on man..

he averages 2 more wins per year than Dykes
he's never had a losing season and taken his teams to bowls every year
he beats teams with more talent
he's shown continual track of program improvement at a forgotten about program
