He’s gotta recruit. You don’t have to necessarily do that at Wazzou State or Texas Tech. How the hell is he going to recruit inner city kids in the south? He’s political as hell.

I love Leach, and I think he could win 9 games a year, or he could be the most entertaining car crash ever cause bodies will be everywhere.

Won’t need any running backs.

Les Miles is as unimaginative on offense as Butch was. You know as well as everyone else here that the only difference would be we'd have a slightly better defense. Maybe win 9 games in the regular season once in a blue moon.

As a Florida Gator....I would have to have some UT shirts in my closet if you hire this coach. Of course the 3rd or 4th week of September I will be a Gator..lol!

Yeah I agree, but Les Miles record > Mike Leach record. So why is everyone excited about leach? Honest question, I don’t know jack about the guy

The SEC is a pile of garbage. It's not 2008 any more. The whole East is crap except for Georgia. The whole west is crap except for Alabama and Auburn.

Leach was going against Texas and Oklahoma at the height of Stoops and Brown's power. Texas lost one game the year it won the national title with Vince Young. It was to Leach at Texas Tech.

He hasn’t had as much talent on the field as he would have or could get here. He’s never had the resources anywhere he will have here. I think he’ll do well. Get him a good DC and let him do work. We will be fun to watch. A hire like this may benefit McBride or Dormady significantly.

I dont buy it. So Leach is gonna take the Tennessee job knowing he is like 50th on Curries list?

He's a good developer of talent. It's a mystery if the air raid will work for us, but a complete 180 might be what we need. Like other people have said, the biggest problem with him is his recruiting.
