Huh? Why do you think it takes 3 months for players to learn the intricacies of a defense? When I started my job in Research, one of the Tech guys told me that it will take about a year to feel confident in what you're doing. Not a year to understand, but confident. I assume that its more of that with most complex jobs.

I asked you why do you think it takes 3 months to learn a new system. Where did I say it takes 3 months? It takes longer than 3 months. I gave an example of my job where I was told that it takes at least a year to be confident in what you're doing.
