Is he a complete idiot or what? He said on The Sports Animal today that he thinks John Parker Wilson is a better QB than Erik Ainge. I dont think Erik Ainge is all world by any means but seriously come on. He says dumb comments all the time and cant back them up. When he was quizzed on why JPW is better than Ainge all he would say is "he beat us didnt he". Yes he did but there are tons more games than just one. He also was blasting Trooper saying he was self promoting more than anything else and couldnt back it up. This guy says what ever he wants in the paper and doesnt have to back it up, but when he is on the radio and actually has to defend himself he sounds like an even bigger idiot.

His job is to say something, no matter how stupid, that will solicit a response (calls) from his audience.

When we played 'Bama our "D" made JPW look like Peyton Manning. I don't think JPW is better than Ainge but time will tell how good Ainge is. He was coached to get rid of the ball as fast as he could under "Cut", which meant alot of 2-3 yard passes. JPW was terrible this year, except for when he went against Chavis' boys..

I don't listen to Griff when he's talking about football. Hard to imagine he's president of the Football Writers Assoc. What would Erik Ainge be like if he had a Randy Moss like receiver to chuck to ball up to.

If I was a qb that played against another team who played that far off our best WR, I would look like Peyton. Wilson isn't all that great, our d just made him look like it.
