Did anyone else listen to him today? He wouldn't give Paul a straight answer on whether he thought Butch should be fired and said that Mark Helfrich and Jeff Fisher would be his first two choices to replace Butch.

Finebaum has hammered Griffith pretty hard in his last couple of appearances. He's all but called Griffith a misinformed hack that must dig on some star trek.

Jeff Fisher? The guy with 22 years of HC experience and 6 winning seasons? He is the most overrated coach in the history of football. He did get to the Super Bowl...so did Bill Callahan.

Did you expect Tennessee to get beat by FL because they were in the wrong D........not to mention how bad FL looked during that game.

Did you expect one of the worst teams in the country to take Tennessee to the limit........part of the game with their back up QB?

Did you expect Tennessee to get beat at home by GA 41-0...........ending the 6th longest scoring streak in NCAA history.

Did you expect coach Jones to say "he cant even line up under center" (while referring to a top rated DT/QB, which he should have been developing)?

Did you expect Tennessee's run D to be ranked 121st in the nation?

Did you expect Tennessee's scoring O to be ranked 98th in the nation?

this is the same douchebag whose hot take 6 weeks ago was how criminally underrated butch was because of how well we had done in the last 20.5 games or some similarly contrived timespan.

Griffith is a clown. Cozied up to Butch for access and now he’s trying to scare Vols fans into thinking Mark Helfrich and Jeff Fisher are our only options if we fire Butch.

I loved how Butch's head kept scrolling behind Griffiths head during the interview. It was like an eclipse or something. For a minute his head would be hidden behind Mike, then gradually it would emerge. Rather symbolic, as if to say, "Behind the talking head of Mike Griffith, you'll find Butch Jones."

I got in a big time twitter argument with Griffith while he vehemently defended Butch before the season.

For him to suggest Jeff Fisher?? Idiot. Glad he's at least seeing he was wrong.
