Allah is just the Arabic word for G-d. Arabic speaking Christians say “inshallah” - G-d willing.

While this is true, the God of Isaac and Jacob from the Bible and the deity described as Allah by muslims and in the Quran are not and can not be the same entity.

There are many different ways to illustrate this because one of the foundational precepts of God Almighty is that He is immutable, unchanging. Always the same and outside of the constraints of time. The simplest way is this: the God of the Bible is all about love. Love God, love your neighbor, even love your enemies. Those are commands from God, not suggestions. While most of the Old Testament was copied word for word in the Quran, the rest of the book commands them to kill their enemies, not love them. Their enemies being the "infidel" which is every non Muslim on Earth. They are also told its OK to lie to "infidels". God Almighty forbids any lying expressly in the 10 Commandments and elsewhere. There are many other disparities between the 2...these are just a couple obvious and irreconcilable differences. The God of the Bible cannot condone these actions from the Quran, or He is not God. He is not the unchanging Creator of the Universe worshipped by Jew and Gentile alike.

It is true that the word "Allah" is Arabic for "god". That term is tricky though...just as when the term "Abrahamic" is sometimes used in Liberal textbooks etc to describe the 3 religions of Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. They intentionally obfuscate the fact that there is a genetic lineage of Abraham which connects Isaac, Jacob, and their bastard half brother Ishmael...attempting to use that word to group all 3 religions together so they can be dismissed as a group. Islam wasnt even founded until after the child molester prophet Muhammed existed in the 7th century. Jesus and all the Disciples had been dead over 500years before they made up Islam. Its like 7th century Scientology...except with horrific oppression of women and suicide bombers. The Arabic speaking Christians you mentioned across the Middle East and Northern Africa are being slaughtered as they have been for centuries. Especially in Africa. They need our help before the Muslims wipe them out.
