Might be a dumb question

You can get accepted into a college based on your current transcript and ACT or SAT scores you just have to send in your full transcript once you graduate

I'm pretty sure that to get accepted, you only have to turn in a junior year transcript and your test scores. However, you do have to send in your final transcript after grauduation I think.

Larry sure put an ominous feel in this thread...Loften, Rogers, and John Brown are the three that will have the most trouble.

Non-qualifiers are just something you have to accept in this process. I would not be shocked at all to hear that Rogers especially doesn't make it in....just one of those situations you have to cross your fingers on.

Ok I understand the admissions process into college and stuff but what's the deal with the Clearing House? Do they look over the same papers that the Admissions office got in order to check for fraud?
What do they do?
Each high school submits a list of "core" classes to the NCAA. The courses must be approved by the 'AA to be considered core classes.

A student athlete has to have a certain cumulative GPA on those core classes and a high enough ACT score to qualify. The numbers vary on a sliding scale in that the higher the ACT score, the lower the GPA can be and vice-versa.

Hope that helps.
