Didn't think we had a game like this in us. Didn't think Milton could handle that stage. Certainly didn't think our defense could put a performance like this together. Thrilled to be wrong...again. Congrats to this team and superb fan base. They both represented in a big, big way with the eyes of the country all on this game. It's simply great to be a Tennessee Vol!

- Joe Milton played a clean game. Did not expect that.

- I did think the defense would play because Clemson is trash on offense. Too many tough guys at skill positions.

- I was wrong about Joe Milton

- still am not sure about him, but I was wrong about him tonight.
- HUGE OFF-SEASON MOMENTUM

Too many criticizers, not enough supporters. PPl too quick to judge. Defense really stood up tonight, all night. This game should also help recruiting I would think. TN football looking good for the foreseeable future; been a loooonggg time coming!

GOVOLS!!! Milton stepped up tonight great night to a great season. Defense was stellar tonight. Just stellar. We have a great coach and hopefully we pay him well before he gets stolen away. What a unbelievable season . So proud of all involved. I still remember the peach bowl where Clemson beat are ass. Good to get a Win over them.

Milton's game tonight gives me a whole new feeling of the trajectory of the program.

He really did look like he understood what to do. Heupel is really breaking through to him.
