Am trying to figure out when The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, and John Hartford played at UT's Alumni Gym, sometime around winter of 1975 or 76 ?

Bonus question: Closest to the above date, when did Florida play at UTK, men's basketball?

I have no idea, as I was not yet born...but John Hartford and Nitty Gritty Dirt Band were bands I grew up listening to (due to their place in my parents' record collection) and it sounds like a fine concert to have attended!

Thank you for taking the trouble to try to help with some info. However, I am not thinking of two different for NGDB and Hartford. I am 100% certain I saw both together on one occasion with Mary Kay B. She was embarrassed by Hartford's song about a woman's "globes."
