Michigan Lost 3 Games Badly Last Year

Outrun by Utah.
Out worked by Michigan State.
Outclassed by Ohio State.
[And they were run over by lowly Indiana but won.]
Now, with a flat footed QB they're ranked #2 (but still a 14+ underdog to Alabama).
We could and should go 10-3, just like they did.
Nobody threw harbaugh under the bus.

They also play in the Big Ten and they've had plenty of breaks this season against an average schedule of opponents. They don't have to play Bama, A&M, or Florida. Michigan State is garbage this year.

We will lose another game this year. Not enough depth to get through it without an L.

Ya but that was his first year. Does their competition stink? Absolutely. I will be happy with 10-3 but at the same time, everyone took this fan base for a ride on the hype train, and they have fallen flat on their faces. I still support CBJ and this squad and hope for the best, but if he can't win the East next year, in convincing fashion, it might be time to move on and hope for the best with someone else.

and last week you were saying you'd be happy with 10-2. UK and Vandy smell blood in the water.

Harbaugh well exceeded expectations in year 1 last year at Michigan. Butch is catching a lot of criticism in YEAR FOUR.

I am not sure if this is saying I'm not a supportive fan or if you are not the supportive fan, thinking a loss is more than likely against either of those teams.

I will be happy with 10 wins year, that is an improvement over last year. I do not want to fire CBJ I want to see how he handles the rest of the year and what the team looks like. That being said a loss to either one, or god forbid two losses then yes it would be horrendous. Even then I think firing CBJ then would be premature, and we need to deal with the possible suck for one more year.

We all took a ride on the hype train, including myself, and it is a serious disappointment. At the same time I am not naive enough to think a 10 win season isn't forward progress, and until that progress stops itself, there is no reason for us to.

Butch is not Harbaugh. There are very few coaches who can do what Harbaugh does. Plus Butch's issues would be masked a lot better in the Big 10.
