Michigan learns their fate today

Michigan got a slap on the wrist but we did too with Pruitt. The only difference was our former AD mismanaged the dept so bad we cooperated so we could avoid a buyout...

Not if you count the cost of lost scholarships that we're still paying for.

This is unreal that Michigan just executed the biggest cheating scandal in college football history and didn't receive a single scholarship reduction. That's some flippin BS right there.

If there has ever been a reason to vacate a national championship football season, it’s this one. The most incredibly outlandish illegal scheme imaginable in college football.

The Ohio State game, Big Ten Title game and the playoff games were not affected in any way.

Wow! They did a good job of helping Michigan out. I guess it's a lot compared to nothing, but I would think very little football impact.

If it was 2010, we would have received a multiyear postseason ban and worse scholarship reductions for what Pruitt did. It was that egregious.

We were fortunate the NCAA was largely neutered by 2021. Scholarship reductions mean less in NIL era as well (for schools like us or Michigan). Yeah, we were cooperative but our cooperation wasnt altruistic as much as it was opportunistic because our former AD screwed our finances up royally where we couldn't buy him out for performance.

Yeah, Michigan's punishment was a joke but ours was too...

It’s like Hillary said: “Deny! Deny! Deny!” Proof is only as strong as the judge’s willingness to act. In this case: “Pay us (NCAA) $20,000,000 and we’ll let this go.”

Insufficient evidence that the outcome of games was impacted?
That is one of the dumbest things I have ever read.

Do scholarship reductions even matter anymore with NIL?
