Now I hate Kentucky but Davis. Now you say Durant and I say he sweeps best of 7 one on one.

Agree. I'd go Durant.....then Davis....................................................then Beasley

I would say Davis is better at everything except Shooting.

Different players though. Beasley is a Hybrid Forward SF/PF. Davis is a Power Forward or Center.

That is why I said comparable to Durant more so. Frame wise and also last freshman to win player of year. KD would own either of those 2 though.

Durant for sure now - give Davis a few years to continue to add weight and hone his outside game it could be close. Davis is a better defender than Durant was at UT (except Durant had to score when Davis doesn't). I hope I get to see the Davis/Durant matchup a lot.

Davis is a gifted defender no doubt.

On PTI yesterday they made the comparison of Davis to Joakim Noah. It's a very good comparison. Noah is very underrated. Davis is more athletic, and will likely be a better player (particularly in shot blocking), but it's a similar style.

Strangely, Kornheiser said Davis was slightly better defensively and tremendously better on offense. Davis did 14.2 ppg shooting FG% of .623. Noah did 14.2 ppg shooting FG% of .628 his sophomore year. Davis has tons of upside potential.

We don't use the "UT" thing when talking about Texas around here sir! The only acceptable form of UT when speaking of those jack wagons is if you include a JR at the end. :p
