ACC #5, but the ACC has two ineligible teams and the Belk Bowl may go the safe route in taking an in-state team that hasn't been to a bowl game in 20 years.

Ah good point; the standings chart I was looking at didn't have anything to make note of ineligible teams

It might just depend on whether Clemson can get an at large bid or not (which beating USCe would certainly help)
