On another note, I tripped over the "Lawyer's Code of Ethics" in an old ABA magazine a few weeks back. Very impressive.

My question is: do any attorney's actually embrace it?

Lawyers are very good at accusing other lawyers of misconduct. Unfortunately, it has become a strategic tool in litigation to distract from weaknesses in his case.

Asked and answered. Although I was referring to ethics, as it applies to criminal defense.

And therein lies the central reason why I have an innate distrust of attorneys in general.

Seriously? That's what the fuss is all about? :huh:

He's saying that Florida shouldn't overlook Troy. I take it as more of a boost towards the Troy football players than a knock on the Vols players. Think of it more as a turn of phrase than literally saying, "Troy players are better than the team we play next after them."
