Met Coach Fulmer tonight in Kingsport

I am sure you would, but I am also sure you have never played/coached anything past your sons little league team. Thanks for the input, but it's not happening because it would be the dumbest move of all time in any level of sports

Wrong I played all my life up until knee problems stopped me in my senior year but keep up the great insight since you seem to know so much about everybody here!!!

Next time someone runs into Fulmer at an event, ask him if he would come back for 2 million a year and who he could bring along with him as a OC & DC.

Report back. Thanks

:)

Had my picture taken with him, got my hat signed, and he gave a great speech. Didn't really get to talk to him though.

Thought you all would appreciate it. Go Vols!

Is this the same kingsport where they sell football magazines?

If it weren't for CPF, Vols= No NC and mediocrity.

Whatever. Johnny Majors HIRED him at UT to be the OL coach. Johnny Majors surprisingly PROMOTED him(while I know you're not too informed, this was an eyebrow raiser at the time) to OC. Phillip did very well in the position too, BUT could have only gotten that kind of opportunity at the time here at UT. He had been offered an NFL job as line coach but it might have been years or never happened that he got an OC job. Thanks to Majors!

Your statement is just speculation. My comments are historical facts

BTW, UT won the SEC two of the last three years Majors was HC. That's as many SEC titles as Phllip won as HC for his entire 16 years and most of the time during that 16 years, we had the most talent in the SEC. If you think that is medicore, you need to get the dictionary out and study it some. Mediocre to awful is when you are preseason #7 but go 8-5. Mediocre is when you can't win a big game at home. Mediocre is winning your division yet getting hammered by the three best teams on your schedule by a combined 77 points. Of course, most University of Fulmer fans fly that 2007 division title as if it was some kind of great accomplishment
