Memphis New bridge ?

Not much. It should be extremely obvious to the stupidest person now that beam doesn’t have any weight on it. I think it’s more to stop the bridge swaying in the wind or galloping. I claim no bridge design experience.

I have to agree with this but add in most of West Tennessee. Until McWherter became governor, West Tn was way behind on many things not just Shelby County/Memphis.

Cohen’s more concerned about social issues than infrastructure.
