Exactly! Everywhere else overcooks them, and you have to order one shade lighter than you want! I couldn't tell if you were saying that as a good thing or a bad thing, but I interpreted it to suit my earlier statement.

Well, it was damn tasty...but it wasn't how I ordered it. Wasn't over cooked for sure.

Chop House at Franklin square is terrible in Knox is old.
The one in the Boro is great. I love medium rare steak or prime rib. They do it right and have specials for cheap for the quality.

Can't remember seeing those types. The ones close to where I lived where close to the picture I put up. The only burgers I'ved had this year are from a place named Steph's in tiny Morgan Utah. We play golf there twice a week. They've been in business since '57 and the burgers are huge and delicious. Most are on sourdough bread grilled in butter. But, I'm afraid I'm going to have to cut back on them.

Everything I've had from Hardee's has been good. I'll give their pulled pork a try, rather than be closed minded whiners like you guys.
