Thank you, Dad.

He was one of the brave ones who stormed Omaha Beach on D-Day, June 6, 1944. Remember the scene in Saving Private Ryan where our guys landed on Omaha Beach? My Dad was one of those men. He is, without doubt, the greatest and finest man I ever knew.

He went to Heaven in 2004.

Today is an awesome reminder that freedom is not free. Others have given their lives that we might live.

Thank you to everybody that served, there are no words, or enough holidays to express what you mean to us and this country. :clapping:

Did "Murph" in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all our fallen Heroes.
It was his favorite workout: 1 Mile Run
100 pull ups
200 push ups

Posted this in another thread. I served with Chad. This popped up in his memorial page a while back. Also remember Brandon Robinson. I was with him from Boot Camp, all the way through deployment and EAS, he killed himself this past December.
