Well,it's happening. Media is now calling Tennessee and fans MOB MENTALITY because we stood up for what is right. Paul Finebaum said no coach would want to come here now. Give me a break. UT needs a coach with winning associated to their name like we were told would happen. How was Greg Schiano even considered is beyond me. So you were turned down by a few coaches. There is still Kiffen, Petrino, Fisher, and even Sumlin. Media please don't accuse a passionate fan base for being the only problem. Mismanagement in UT's athletic department is biggest problem! Poor coaching hires have driven this program in the ground. And now when we see another about to happen fans stand up and fight it from happening again. Enough is enough get it right UT AD and this wont happen. If it wasn't for those passionate fans sports media wouldn't have a job! Dont' label all those fans because secretly you are one to Paul.

Agree. Add to that the administrators, the "deep pockets", the advisors, the alumni, the coaches, and on and on. I don't doubt the truth will be impossible to find and replaced by perception which is the same way it is in politics and everything else these days. I love UT and VFL. I want us to move on. We have a coach in Hoke and assistants and they aren't doing worse than CBJ at this point. We may miss some recruits but, do this right. It was a mistake not to form a team to decide what the characteristics of a UT coach should be, search for them, compare and contrast, negotiate, and hire. Put a rep for fans and media on the team. And tell us the freaking truth!
