SEC football predictions 2022: Media predicts conference’s order of finish. They got us finishing third behind Georgia and Kentucky and Alabama winning the SEC that sounds about right to me. I got Alabama winning the national title over Ohio St. i think Bryce Young will be the first repeat heisman winner since Archie Griffith. I got us going 8-4 or 7-5 finishing 4-4 in SEC play. GBO! Only 39 days till it’s football time in Tennessee again

Your probaly right but I was listening to Finebum the other day and one guy was on there saying it was quite possible Bryce could win it again which would give Bama 5 heisman winners since Saban got there which is unbelievable really after them never having one in all the previous history of the program.

The Kentucky game is going to be another thriller, as both QBs are pretty good, and have capable WRs. However, I contend that our WRs are better, and as the game wears on, barring injures by then, the Felinae felines' DBs just won't be able to keep up, so we experience a 4th QTR surge. And mercifully for them, the game clock expires to stop the scoring feast. But for 3.5 quarters, it will be something of a slug fest, before we put aside the rope-dope strategy and Mike Tyson those guys with a Rocky Marciano performance.

I never realized how closely similar Tyson and Marciano's boxing style were until I saw a Youtube excerpt video series of Rocky's matches.

We will handle Kentucky at home and make Levis cry again. I’m more worried about South Carolina on the road

Kentucky will be another 'instant classic' thriller type game, but we win that one...we got too much speed and land too many punches early for them to overcome.

The USCe game is intriguing because I don't think anyone, even the media pundits, really know what to make of them at this point...there should be some improvement in Beamer's second year but how much no one knows. I think the other reason the media folk are saying we don't win is that we suffer a 'letdown' after finally getting Florida off our back. I say it goes one of two ways - we clobber and humiliate them or we win in a very close fashion...either way, it's a win for us.

I firmly believe that the Florida game and our reaction to it has so many implications on the rest of the season.
Win big and do we suffer that emotional drain that happens a lot of time and lose a couple we should win?
Does a loss deflate everyone and we watch a promising season go south in a hurry?

Time will tell...

I honestly think Kentucky will be lucky to stay within three scores of us this year. At Home, this thing won’t be close

UT should NOT lose to UK if that's one of the losses you're counting.

Pitt and USCJr are the two expected wins that scare me the most
Anybody not named GA or Bama will have to score 50+ to beat us bc they don’t have the D talent or depth to stop us. With marginal improvement on D we curb stomp both Pitt and USCJr imo. KY too for that matter. And we’ll hang on and out score FL this year too imo.

I’m not predicting a W over GA but it wouldn’t shock me to pull the upset bc Kirby is genuinely intimidated by Heup’s O. It will be a closer final score than many predict. But Bama is another matter. We’ve got a solid puncher’s chance and that’s about it.

This seems to be a common narrative based on the perception of Levis' physical talent. But JG proved that physical talent can fool people over and over. He can improve. He may be as great as some think. But he was a middling QB last year. Against only the SEC to try to "normalize" his stats (though that's not completely true since his West opponents were unranked MSU and LSU while Hooker played Bama and ranked OM). Honestly, I just don't see these QB's being comparable:
