Seems to jive. The rehab dictates the timeline - not creating specific targetsWes has different words than this quote from 247 sports on Heupel response:
On Jermod McCoy hitting any more benchmarks: "He continues to do a great job in his rehab with our medical staff and strength staff. Somebody told me there was a report of a game he was focusing on for a return. I don’t think that’s a fair understanding of the situation. He’s done a good job and has more to go. He has to be ready to go play and there’s a lot that goes into that. You’re balancing his ability to be prepared and his short-term and long-term situation as well."
I've had a couple media say they don't expect him to practice this week. We will see...
More likely, he was just wrong. That’s unfortunate. If that’s the case, there must have been a setback from last week when @Stoerner Fumbles said he was progressing really well and was back on the practice field.

I haven’t heard that, but haven’t talked to anyone since Friday morning. He was running full speed, doing drills with receivers etc through Thursday. They monitor swelling every day. The plan was full contact this week, but if he has feedback in the knee, they’ll push another week. Will hear more, I’m sure. That’s unfortunate. Correct. Individual drills don’t matter until you see him getting reps with rest of D.![]()

Still not cleared to practice.
That’s what I was told, too. Plus, reported the same by Hubbs and others.there are multiple media (Callahan, Hubbs, Low, Nakos, Price and Patrick Brown) who are saying he has not practiced since he got hurt. So I don't know, just relaying what I've seen / heard.
