It's funny. I guess he isn't aware that neither Don Sunquist or Marsha Blackburn are originally from Tennessee. Bet he also voted for Diane Black for Governor, that Baltimore, Maryland native

If you would read and comprehend, you'd see that I have lived in Nashville for over 20 years. In the 2002 race for Governor, Bredesen won 59% of Nashville's vote and 60% of the Memphis vote against Van Hilleary, a much better GOP candidate than Blackburn. Bredesen also shockingly won Knox County that year. In the 2006 Governor's race, Bredesen won 77% of Nashville's vote and 76% of Memphis vote. Bredesen will clean up in both Nashville and Memphis. It's not a guess.

Your refutation is an article from a source that you and your ilk continually blast as unreliable. Admittedly, I haven't read your "proof" because I tend to believe that CNN is unreliable as well.

So, given we have two conflicting reports - and we both agree that the source of one is questionable. Why is my pointing this out considered "weak"?

Frankly, the only thing I see "weak" is your internal consistency not to waffle when your needed proof comes from a CNN op-ed.

Yeah I’ll stick with weak on this one. Keep pushing it all you want just as the MSM is now pushing this false narrative.

And in fact we do agree I’m sure they didn’t want him there. I don’t doubt that a bit and admitted it earlier. But I don’t believe Barbara Bush would have stepped to the petty low John McCain did. But morphing this into the same petty BS “you’re not invited!” that McCain did and the MSM claiming such is just not correct.

THAT is what the link I posted shows. And in fact I followed it up with another link showing how uncommon it is to do so. Barry blew off two First Lady funerals! But we don’t see that narrative. All we hear is “he wasn’t invited” which is false or the softer “they didn’t want him there” which is petty and not consistent with the history.

It’s more strange to see you on the street corner barking out headlines to sell news papers on it though. Wtf dude.

What was said is all that needs to be said. Do you expect that there needs to be a notarized form of some sort?

The entire premise is that one has to be a special kind of assh0le to not be welcome at a funeral. Your boy just got turned away from two .....and they weren't even Democrats. As I stated, it's plausible, probable and reported to be fact. It's time you come to terms with this.

First point. Yes on McCain that is a fact. It was before he even died. I have seen no “fact” with regard to Bush. In fact I offered facts that showed his actions were the norm.

Second point we routinely throw CNN at you guys since that’s about the only source you will consider. Even if it conflicts yours and their own points just as it does in this case! In April CNN states he chose not to attend. In August he wasn’t invited. You reconcile your own damn news source.

Keep pushing those $0.35 papers on the street corner man. You be you.

First, a president not attending a first lady's funeral may be normal but doesn't change the assertion that he was asked not to come. Distinction and difference.

Second, you keep calling it my "news source". I've already stated explicitly that CNN isn't and I find them unreliable; I'm going to need you to start paying attention if we're going to keep this up. The irony here is that you're the one who is hawking the papers, not me.

And actually you do realize we’ve reached our usual ending point right? I don’t believe for a minute the Bush’s wanted him there and said so multiple times already. It’s all just freaking ridiculous. McCain didn’t get this much loving and glowing press coverage when he was alive and running for POTUS. It’s disingenuous for the MSM to claim other wise.

And the MSM is totally off the rails in their response when called on it. Sununu buried Camerota on her ridiculous behavior. And Sunday Christie had a similar exchange with Martha Raddatz. Camerota I can see, she’s useless. Raddatz I was a bit shocked to see she normally conducts herself better than that.

I was reading up on him , ( Jon Kyl) when I came across the Law firm he was working at since he retired in 2013 . He’s been lobbying , I believe it said . if you want an interesting read check out that firms history ,and all the “ influential “ lawyers that either now work or have worked there and the cases in the past that this firm has handled .. “ COVINGTON and BURLING “ . I’m not an Alex Jones kinda guy but if you have ever entertained the idea of deep state , this law firm would be your university . Very interesting history . Lol
