McCain started the feud with a comment about Trump "stirring up the crazies" and making it hard on him ( McCain) at a campaign rally in Arizona in 2015. Trump took offense at McCain calling Trump supporters "crazies".

Trump also knew McCain passed the fake dossier on to the FBI. He knew that McCain is part of the coup.

If a US Senator who supported Trump died, you would be proclaiming him a visionary, deserving of high honors and great respect.

One who saw Trump for what he is, and didn't sell out to pour fake accolades upon him, dies and you talk "protocol" and insult him.

I want the leader of the free world to be a decent human being. He should have listened to John Kelly and Sarah Sanders and thanked him for his service. And if he were a REAL man, he would have acknowledged their differences but declared him a patriot and thanked him for his service in spite of that. On camera and not hiding behind his screen.... with a tweet featuring himself.

Events like this just validate the ongoing outrage that we have a petty, small man in the oval office who is the very anti-thesis of the ideals of leadership.

I generally don't comment on any Senator's death. Having said that, I want to congratulate Ted Kennedy on being sober for 9 years as of this past Saturday.

Umm no that’s where you let your feelers get involved, he or she would still be just a politician . The whole trying to canonize a politician or celebrity after they die is very strange to me .

It doesn't matter you want. He's already said the guy wasn't a hero. You want Trump to put out a fake memo so you can tear into him for being a hypocrite. So John wasn't petty at all by making sure to let people know he didn't want Trump at the funeral, right?

There isn't a single one of them that is worth a Tinker's dam. I don't think they should lower flags for these "public servants" tell me exactly what any of them have done to deserve it.

Pretty unpatriotic sentiment there, chief, as you enjoy the freedom to safely pontificate online and muse over the performance of the stock market. Believe it or not, the government helps to ensure these freedoms exist. Our democracy didn't just fail overnight as trump would lead you to believe.
