Can't wait till you tell us all about your own transurethral resection of an enlarged prostate, and how you had to lay on your back with your legs spreadeagle and pissed blood three days. And when you do heal, you piss three streams and can't get two in the toilet bowl at the same time. Oh, and there's the cane, hearing aids, and depends you're gonna need.

And some jackass posts on Volnation you should stay home from a bowl game.

ZING! Love it when pencil-neck geeks are put in their place. :hi:

Titans stadium security was approaching several in our section about sitting down. Clearly, their security is not use to the college game atmosphere and wanted the fans to sit down to watch all of the commercials that they kept playing over Rocky Top.

If you're not prepared for people to stand during a game, don't go.

I've had people stand in front of me and I got over it. From my experience the people complaining are fat or old, and neither are legitimate excuses.

Get back to us when you have a bad back, bad knee, or a bad hip

Being considerate of others isn't an inconvenience

I'm in my 40's and in good shape. I still can't stand the whole game. I can't imagine someone older. They still have the right to enjoy a game like anyone else

I'm sorry I caused a split between the 90's baby's and the baby boomers. I would never be disrespectful to anyone and the original post was mostly a joke.

Don't worry about those full game standing a$$hats getting old. Not gonna happen, especially if the old guy they mouth off to in the stands has a hefty cane.

Good thing said old man wasn't sitting behind me for the 2nd half of the Florida game this year.

He wouldn't have seen anything other than my rear end, or the Jumbotron.

Easiest thing to do is look at the people around you. If most around you are standing then by all means stand. Of you are the only person standing, be polite and sit down. If you truly feel like standing the entire game get tickets in the last row. Me and a buddy went to Lexington for the UK game last year and he likes to stand the whole time so we went to our section and went to the top row and asked if any 2 wanted to swap. If you have poeple behind you never stand, for whatever reason, it's on them.

OP, I'll bet you didn't see this thread going like this huh?

Now sit down before Orangedog shoves his Costco sized bottle of Geritol up your hiney.

Won't be Geritol. An if I shoved the bottle of 18 year old McCallan I been sippin on up his arse buttchuggin would have a whole new meaning for his small world.

If the person in front of me stands where I can't see, then I stand. If they sit and others sit, I sit. However, if we need to get loud to help mess up the other teams O, then we do that.
