Yes, yes, and yes. Before you start calling someone else illiterate, you continue to demonstrate that you know absolutely nothing about basketball. Steals and defensive rebounds is an excellent stat, as well as blocked shots to indicate defensive play. Turnovers is an excellent stat to reflect bad decisions. Shooting percentage is an excellent stat for poor shot selection. All stats combined reflect effort. Until you have any inkling as to anything you are talking about, you really just continue to make yourself look completely stupid with your comments.
HAHAHA. you are so moronic. None of those stats tell even close to the whole story. If you make 2 steals a game but you give up 4 layups gambling for a steal, thats not good defense. Turnovers dont tell half the story. If ive got a wide open teammate for a lay up and you get your shot blocked because you are selfish, that is worse than a turnover. A better indication of effort and defense would be the amount of points your guy scores on you. When the guy cant even get a shot off until you come on the floor and then scores 8 straight points in the blink of an eye, you havent played good defense. All of which are examples of the great trae golden.+/- is by far the best stat and none of you will post it. Im confident that it is because trae golden's is terrible.
