MCB Game Summary

I count 4 offensive players lined up over the line of scrimmage.
That game was hilarious!
They are all behind the ball. The ball marks the line of scrimmage. The refs can’t see that black line and use the ball as the reference.

The big complaint we have is the huddle broken with 12 men and a guy just trots off the field and no flag was thrown.

Can anyone tell me what the black line is?

The call on the field of short of the first down was upheld. As the announcers said, where the ball actually crossed over the sidelines out of bounds area was actually closer to the first down line. The refs correctly respotted the ball. The black line of scrimmage line and yellow first down lines that you see on TV is controlled by the TV live production crew. The officials have nothing to do with it. In the end it didn't matter when you stack the line and allow the RB to walk through the line and pick up 6 yards for the first down.

The ball was marked 1 yard short by the side judge. The call upheld means nothing to change at all. If the ball was moved up that's cheating by the refs. You can watch many games where upon review the spot was changed and not a single time regardless of situation was the call upheld. It was always call reversed if the ball is moved the slightest bit.
Just saying the play after the review did not begin from where the sideline official marked him out. That's clear and all can agree.
