Maybe the SEC East is actually stronger

The way SC is playing GA tonight, I believe that they could give Bama some trouble..

Georgia is better than they have played in this game, they have come out flat and Murray is playing scared/ forgot how to play period.
SCar looks near impossible after this dominating performance, but the funny thing is that we will give them a much better game than UGA has tonight

The SC defensive line scares the #$%& out of me.Our OL better play the game of their lives.

South Carolina looks a lot better tonight than they have thus far, but UGA is struggling..Even the USCe special teams is very solid.. Shaw is still a queer though and Big Daniel will make him pay the price

If we don't learn to contain, Shaw will run circles around our linebackers.

I was stating what a Bama friend of my said. He said they are way over-hyped based on their performance.

Their o-line is their strength. Their Outland Trophy winning tackle was moved to center to make room for another talented tackle.

Georgia put up 51 points against our defense and is struggling to get first downs against USC Does this prove how horrible our defense is or does it mean we won't cross mid field against USC?

Means nothing..different day different football team..We scored 20 against Florida and LSU scored 6..does that mean we can beat LSU ?? Don't know ..again different team, different day..different match up..
another classic example we almost beat eventual national champions BAMA in 2009 (barring that field goal) and did beat LSU next year in regulation time..Did that mean we were better than or close to those teams ?? NO !! TN same year struggled to beat UAB..!!
Get some sense man !! Did you start watching football yesterday

Well lets line the divisions up and see which comes out on top.

Bama----------------SC. Bama
LSU------------------UF. UF
MSU-----------------UG. UG
A&M-----------------UT. UT
ARK------------------VANDY. ARK
Ole Miss-------------MIZZOU. OLE MISS. (Could go either way)
Aub------------------UK. Aub

4-3 west wins but a couple could go the other way.

Our O-line>>>>UGA's o-line.

fyp. Our o-line is one of the top units in the country so if anyone can contain that insane SCar front, we would be one of the teams with a better chance.

With that said, Bray will hit the ground; hope he bounces back up and doesn't play like such a puss like Murray did.

Jones is a beast. He's from Tennessee, too. :banghead2:

Yeah, I know his family (Specifically his brother Harrison) and they are great people. The only problem is that they are from the Memphis area. Memphis is so far from Knoxville that they don't have much of a feeling of allegiance to UT.

Neither. NCSU just beat FSU, does that mean we beat FSU too?

We scored more against UF than LSU did, does that mean that we beat LSU?

That sort of logic is easy to buy into because it seems like there are legitimate comparisons to be made, but there aren't. It is hard to account for things like morale, turnovers, and what a team does when a specific set of events don't go in their favor (see our second half against UF).

Another example, Vandy played SCAR tougher than Georgia, but Georgia beat vandy like 48-0 or something. When you mix those together it would indicate that Georgia should beat SCAR. It just doesn't work like that, sadly.

Vandy is better than Arkansas, and Kentucky and Auburn is a draw at best.

Than the SEC West. Going into the season, all you heard was how strong the West was. After today, I think it's obvious the East is the powerhouse division in the SEC.

Lets see how we stack up against Bama before we get crazy.

I hate to admit this, but crapabama is on another level than every other team in the NCAA

Their running game is average at best this year and will live and die by the pass. Not to mention the secondary is shaky outside of milliner. And injuries are starting to pile up for them

Based on the roller coaster every week in this league, im not gonna be surprised if we end up pulling out a miracle against Bama or SC. Ive also gotta add that im impressed with our offense. If we had just a good, not necessarily great, defense then we would win the East. Id like to see all the juniors return next year on both sides of the ball even though that's highly unlikely to happen.
