Maybe I'm wrong, but I say Hunter stays 2 more years.

Just because of his size, unless he adds on a lot of weight, he is a bit too thin to be playing on Sundays just yet, I think he needs 2 years of physical development to be ready.

We have a history of guys leaving early without winning so much as a conference title. Peyton stayed. Pretty much everybody else able to leave has left. Kevin Burnett stayed. Someone should make a list.

Nowadays players don't care about winning a championship...(with exception to the players like Tebow). He'll take the high draft pick and big check. Don't blame him.

No, he is gone after his JR year he's already said.

He can say what he wants, but he needs to bulk up if he plans on taking some hits in the NFL, which this ACL injury will probably hinder some physical development during the offseason.

He has the skills right now to play in the NFL. This injury will probably give him one MORE reason to leave early and get paid. I think if we were honest with ourselves, most of us would do the same thing.

I agree. They've got about a 5-7 year window to cash in if they're lucky. Got to go get paid while the getting is good.

Dream on, Dream Weaver. He's gone after Junior season.
No.

He likely wont come back 100% and will have a slow Redshirt Sophomore season. NFL teams don't usually draft guys coming off knee injuries in the first round. He'll only help his stock by staying a second year (after the injury)

We can tell your opinion hasn't kept up with NFL trends and drafting ACL-torn players.

If Hunter stays until his (RS) Junior season, it's because he has a desire to stay -- not because he won't be rehabbed.

Unless Hunter comes out and dominates next year coming off his injury (unlikely) he's not getting drafted in the first round next year.

He's got to come back and earn back his good name in track and field. Can you believe a 5'10" Gator WR beat him in the high jump at the SEC championships?
