Maybe beating Ky by 22 in Lexington

I don't believe that.

At this point in the season, incentive is vital. Florida has none, and they are a program in flux, while Ole Miss is still very much in the hunt for the CFP.
Florida is full of 4 and 5 star Talent. Every one of them wanting to
Put something good on paper for an NIL payday either at Florida or the portal. We have to play as a team and make sure a guy with a career day doesn’t sink us

It's the same fools Gold every year almost. Florida seems to fill up prisons, stink against lower competition, and go through the first three strings of quarterbacks .... I won't believe it until the clock shows zero, we have more points, and the referees are completely off the field.

I fully anticipate another “can’t make it up” 14-point swing gift to the Gators that completely changes the momentum of the game. The chance that we play 60 minutes in the Swamp without at least one and likely two backbreaking mistakes is nil.

No we won’t. They are toast. Florida is gonna finish 3-9 this year.

The bigger issue is gonna be if we go down there and lay a goose egg or have a close game. Heupel has 3 weeks to go all in on Florida. Anything short of a Kentucky game margin or smaller will be a disaster.
The last time we won down there was 2003. Just take a W no matter how we get it and be happy

Who you think will be your coach?

I don't have any insight beyond anything you may have read.

Most people hope for "Kiffin" and believe it's a real possibility. If not, there is a whole slew of people.

If you look at all the top people in the game today, they were all coordinators and this is their first head coaching job.

Lanning, Freeman, Day, Smart, Lea, McGuire (Tx Tech).

Elko had two years at Duke and Cignetti was at non D1 schools.

So, I'd rather go that route and take a chance on the Oregon Offensive Coordinator.

But, what do I know.

We’ll get the very best version of them in the Swamp i can guarantee you that. This game won’t be telling at all for the team that shows up that day against us.
Yep I listened to a couple of their podcasters. They were saying the season is a bust losing out except for some reason we always show out in the swamp vs UT even when we are bad, so he said there's always that auto win left.

I didn't know that Harrison Bailey was at Florida.

This is his 6th season of college football with 4 different schools. He is 24 years old. Tennessee, UNLV, Louisville and Florida .... He's been all over the damn place.
I think he also played at Central Michigan for former Florida Head coach McElwain.

Sir if it is a squeaker, Heupel is gonna have hell to pay for the week leading into Vandy. There is no world where an interim coach with a roster than isn’t full should hang with us.

The streak is irrelevant in mattering when it comes to result. If Heupel can’t take the best offense on the road and hang 35+ against an interim coach and a 7 loss team, we got bigger issues.

IDGAF if Helen Keller is the Defensive Coordinator . I just want the win down there. At this point of my life I’ve watched enough football to know that crazy things happen every week and for us there is never, never a shortage of crazy/bad things that happen when we play Florida. On paper and all the circumstances surrounding the game we should boat race them, but I can never go in there thinking it’s an automatic W.

I want a sleepy Noon kickoff and back in Knoxville by 6pm

i mean yeah, it will still be a loss. but when this steak has 20+ years of history behind it, its not something you can dismiss.

Heupel is under a tremendous amount of stress and pressure right now to beat FLA after KY beat them by 31....he may crack under it.
