I am going to agree with sentence two, but I have to say "common man" to sentence one. The line is bad but there were times he had forever, for...eeee....ver, foooor...eeeeeeee...veeeeer to throw and still either 1) missed the receiver high or behind, or 2) got sacked.

I would like to fast forward 2 years and have a veteran O-Line with Bray throwing to the likes of Rogers, Hunter and Milton (not to mention whatever other WRs we pick up in the mean time).

That would be nice. I'm not sure these talented young receivers an play to their potential with the weak arm of Simms the next 2 years.

Touch is an entirely different thing. Simms puts up a lot of weak floaters that are easy to pick. I know he had no ints today but you have to admit that a lot of his throws are scarey. Oregon & Fl certainly jumped his passes easily. He's just limited in his ability to throw across the field and needs to do what he does best and throw shorter safer routes

Let's keep in mind that Oregon and FL have two of the best defenses in the country. I'd argue that FL's secondary may be the best secondary in the country.

Neither one is great but who would you rather have. Rick pulled one hell of a over time win could matt do the same? Both have the same ball skills.
