The radio said today that Cheney is trying to coach Milton out of a bad habit of trying to catch the ball low as if he is 5'9 which isn't using his 6'6" frame properly. Coach Cheney wants him reeling the ball in at its highest point possible. Take it for whats its worth. Whatever Cheney says is the law with me

I was upset when Creer left. I remember from an Eric Berry interview 2 years ago, when the interviewer asked who will surprise fans this season, he said Lennon Creer. Said something along the lines of he was impossible to tackle in the open field. That's high praises from a safety the caliber of Berry.

Several factors lead me to what I'm about to say:

1. I believe Hunter, D. Rogers and Williams will be studs as outside WR's
2. I believe Meline will find his way back to slot the WR position along with Z. Rogers
3. I believe we'll sign at least 2 WR's this class (hopefully Dallas and Arnett)
4. I believe Milton can easily put on 20lbs this off season in Wylie's program

Based on these 4 things I'll make the following declaration:

I'll make an avatar bet with anyone who wants to that Milton will be listed and playing at TE by the start of next season

Rucker on Milton:

After speaking with Vols coaches, I just don't think 6-foot-6 Fr WR Matt Milton is seriously in the plans for this year ... not yet, anyway.

Milton played mostly RB in HS. The knock on Milton is that he has not yet developed consistency in playing WR.
