With BCS it became a habit to review the computer rankings along with the various polls out there, it is a habit I probably will keep. I found Massey & Sagarin to be better than some the other computer rankings systems. They are no better or worst than the Coaches' poll.

Massey also maintains a composite page of football ranking which currently has 54 other ranking.

I think the SoS rating in this ranking is updated weekly. Tennessee's will increase dynamically through the end of October.
