I know your being sarcastic, but it still makes me crackleIf we banned guns and/or made it harder for everyone to get a gun criminals would have no choice but to go along.
Sadly, I doubt it would still happen; we'd get patriotic for like a week and then most of the country wouldn't care again.....America will only wake up if we get another 9/11 type event unfortunately.
Looks like a little ole church somewhere out in no man's land.
Violent crime went up, not down under Biden, revised FBI numbers showThey are only down because they spiked last time your daddy was in office.
I hate how Gavin Newsome is posting all over twitter about Californias homocide rate being lower than other states. It is the most ridiculous stat. We know who commits the majority of murders. It is males between the ages of 18-50. Homicide rate is artificially lowered by counting kids, women, and the wlderly. Most of the “violent crime is down” statistics that I have seen use the peak of the crack epidemic as the base year, making the statement true, but not very encouraging.
What I'm looking at in 2019 (pre covid) had the rate at 5.58. From thereMost of the “violent crime is down” statistics that I have seen use the peak of the crack epidemic as the base year, making the statement true, but not very encouraging.

Even as crime was trending up after BLM, people would argue that it was down because it was less than the crack epidemic. I thought the “not as bad as the worst” argument was disingenuous. They continued trending down for nearly 3 decades post crack epidemic until Covid. Seems very encouraging. Not sure what you’re talking about
Edit: I should’ve said until the 2016 BLM nonsense, then worsened during Covid. Also the rate in the 1980s was even higher
