Mass Effect 3 - Revving up the hype machine and what not

Yeah, I wonder what kind of improvements/additions they have in store. I mean I'm sure it'll be another spend half the game recruiting team, a quarter gaining their loyalty, and the last quarter the final battle. That's cool and all. I'll still pick it up day one. But I'd like them to mix Mass Effect 2 with Mass Effect. A little less linear, a little more open. Up the RPG aspect.

But yeah, looks like a good holiday season for next year.

yea i agree. i loved the original Mass Effect. and i really hope they dont add multiplayer to this game, some games are better as just single player.

I suspect the game will be less linear, like ME1, and most of your team will be quickly assembled, as that seemed to be a big part of the end of ME2, insofar as keeping people alive.

this has become one of my favorite series on the 360. really liked the first one, and i enjoyed 2 so much that i've bought all the extra DLC released for it so far. can't wait for 3 to come out.

wish they'd take it back to its RPG roots from ME1...

It's a tall order, but there is a clear way to do it: combine the starkly contrasted game structure style of the last two seamlessly.

And make sure there is an easily accessable sex scene.

you can blow as many people's heads off as you want, but if there is a sex scene, the game needs to be rated X.
