Mass Effect 2

I have never heard much about this game.. But I read on IGN that it won Game of the Year and was only 17.99at gamestop so I picked it this weekend at gamestop.

If you haven't tried it, Wow.. This game is interesting..

Absolutely. In all honesty, if I were you, I'd quit playing 2 and start the first one because the story in 2 makes much more sense if you do and your character from ME1 is used in the second one, so the choices you make in ME1 affect the story in ME2 and ME3 (When its released).

i paid the full 60 bucks for it back in february. money well spent IMO, especially if you end up buying the dlc's eventually.

Don't touch the second one and until you have played through the first one to your satisfaction. It's hard to go back, after experiencing the new features and gameplay of the second one.

I suggest playing the 1st one before the 2nd because the 1st does effect the 2nd

like all others on here, id play the 1st game before the second. i played 2 playthroughs with 2 different characters on the first game. amazing game, and fun all 4 times. I recently bought the second game for 19.99 at bestbuy, and finished my first full playthrough after about a week. i plan to do at least 2 or 3 more playthroughs with it, but i have been busy with AC brotherhood, black ops, and now fable III. Overall, Mass Effect 2 rivals halo 2 and modern warfare (in their time of course) for the best game ive ever played.
