Should be a good one. Will Maryville's defense be able to slow down Devrin Young?

Scheme wise they might be able to, but Maryville didn't seem to have a ton of team speed when I saw them play.

For some reason, I thought it was this week too. Then I saw that there was another game coming on the VLT2 thing for tonight.
I think Maryville will handle them, just fine. "The unstoppable speed" of Gerald Williams didn't phase GQ a few years ago. I think he'll be fine in stopping Young.

That's what I said!

Yes, that's what I meant. I was at that Red Bank game because I had to see this super talented running back with my own eyes. GQ totally shut him down.

FYP

GQ has about as much to do with the Maryville defense as I do.

Game comes down to whether Kyle can throw the ball efficiently enough to make Maryville take players out of the box, and if Logan Candela can shut down Desmund Horne.

however Bearden wont get out of this one. The rebels have too many playmakers. They will win big again.

Maryville is obviously the better team, but Devrin Young is legit. He didn't have quite the statistical night that he is used to, but Maryville's D is really good.

this doesn't make a lot of sense. If he's legit then he would play well against a solid d.
