I think we are really beginning to see the true reasons why we couldn't land a high profile coach when Dooley and then Jones were hired. I don't think it had as much to do with lack of funds or the dire state of the team itself. I believe it had more to do with top prospects looking at this Board of Idiots and realizing that coming here could very well be career suicide.

The dysfunctionality runs very deep and is not going to be undone with the hire of an AD, regardless of who it is.
