that actually sounds like a really fun job.
It was mentioned in all of our games, plus post-game interviews. I hate that it drew so much attention, but I'd be lying if I said it didn't deserve it. Those unreasonable fans got what was coming to them.
If Martin goes to Marquette, expect more of the same for him. About half their fans are already very underwhelmed just by reading their boards.
I'd hope we would go after Archie Miller, turns out both the brothers are pretty darn good coaches.
just stating the facts, my friend. Only 7 games away from having a .700 record? That may be true, but the truth is he didn't win those extra 7 games yet did he.
Imagine if we had won three extra games in 2012 and 3 extra games in 2013. We'd made the NCAA's both of those years and we wouldn't be having the conversation, but you know what, he didn't win those games, and we made the NIT. So yes, he's only 7 games away from 70% which may be great when compared to other coaches, but that's simply not where he is.

Word around the campfire is that Cuonzo may be willing to leave TN for less money.
He is a radio host on 104.5 the zone in Nashville as well as the great grandson of Nathan Dougherty a UT football player in the early 1900's and former Dean of Engineering at UT. Was also on the athletic board at UT that hired Robert Neyland as the football coach. Brent has deep ties to UT.
Martin is VERY replaceable. Getting to the sweet 16 was an accomplishment but let's face it people we got lucky in the bracket. The upset of Duke made Martin look a lot better than he is. Michigan brought him back to reality. 2 points or 100 points....we lost.
Lol please. We would have beaten duke the way we were playing the past few games. I don't care if he stays or goes but don't act like we won just because we got lucky.
