How so? All he said was that he hurt it per Dooley and that he was being evaluated. Would not speculate in subsequent tweets.

The OP said that Rucker's said that Walls hurt his achilles. According to Hubbs most recent report, Walls went down with injury to his foot/ankle, got up in some pain, but "by no means no agony" and hobbled to the training table for examination. He has been taken to the training room for evaluation.

Hubbs initially responded to calm an immediate freakout by one of the posters on TOS. Sounds like now we won't know the extent of any injury until later. But, again, Rucker's supposed immediate report was pretty extreme.

Per Hubbs, Walls if fine. Rucker may jump the gun a bit.

at 4:16 Hubbs reporteed he "thought" he was fine

at 5:26 he reported he left in a van to be evaluated. Not in agony, but pain.. wasn't as certain in that report.

Hope nothing more than a strain.....

Here is what he wrote...

Potentially bad news for the Vols. Starting DT Marlon Walls hurt his Achilles, per Dooley. Being evaluated.

As far as Hubbs saying it was something else...

Dooley: “This is what I get (from trainers): ‘Marlon Walls. Achilles. We’ll know more later.’ It’s like Tom Brokaw or something."
- Rucker
