His weight was from when his profile was created, correct?(back last summer?) This info is coming from his uncle who i would think would know...but he did also say he was qualified....

If he really is that big he would play DE and rotate to DT on passing downs.

Unless he is on the juice there is no way he added 40 lbs and kept his speed in a matter of 4 months. I'd say the most he's at is 250, maybe 255. He will be a DE with that kind of weight. If he has the frame they might let him add some weight and play DT next year.

True sometimes, but sometimes a kid can legitimately put on that kind of weight as well, especially if he is still growing and puts on another inch or two in height since the weights were taken.

I gained 60 lbs of muscle in 6 months and am stronger and faster now. Of course there is a difference in me going from 150lb rail to 210 and Marlon going from 230 to 270. However, Marlon has a large frame and 40 pounds to a man over 6 feet tall is not that much of a difference and shouldn't affect his speed dramatically. It's not like he was running a 4.4 forty before. People that see me now don't believe at all that I gained 60 pounds as I don't look much different than before.
