I know everybody is wanting to dwell on negativity, but I was impressed with the runningbacks. Actually having long runs (we haven't done that versus anybody since like 04), making excellent cutbacks, and fighting for yards. To beat Georgia, we have to limit the times we let Worley throw down field and need to have Lane and Neal be on their game like they were yesterday.

I wish butch would give Marlin lane more reps he seems to fight for extra yards and runs north and south. Neal did a great job yesterday. Neal has all the tools. But when lane is avg. Over 13 yards a carry and not give him the ball.....

Need a better passing game to run some play action that will actually fool a defense.

Lane got hurt, that's why he didn't get more carries.

Lane is one of the slowest backs I've seen

Neal looked really good. Probably his best game at running back his whole career. Marlin lane is a very consistent performer and is very under rated. If we only had the threat of a passing game...

And it has been reported that both are injured.

Sure makes one question keeping neal in given lane's injury and a 31-7 score.
