I know this may be a dumb question, but has TN not really had an S&C coach? I didn't know if it was kinda like special teams: overlooked by the last regime.

We had one but he resigned after the season.

Apparently this is not a done deal per the SC rivals site. They said he is second guessing the move and that he might stay now.
