Mark May said, "Tyler Bray has a little Tony Romo in him. He can't come up with a big play in crucial situations"

Lou Holtz, " Tyler Bray had a great game" :eek:lol:

Holtz needs to retire because having a great game he did not.

The blame is equally shared but big time players come up big in crucial situations and Bray choked and Mark May's comment was accurate...

I think it just shows his inability to perform in pressure situations and will solidify him returning for his senior season.

Bray didn't have the best game, but it didn't help that there were a solid 6-7 passes either dropped or tipped into the air by a receiver.

I think he is right. Bray is so stiff in the pocket. (twss) he just can't move and is throwing everything side armed....although if the catches were made, maybe the mistakes on his part wouldn't have been.

People are acting like we scored 10 points or something. We scored 44 or whatever, normally that will win.

Tyler Bray is NOT ready for the NFL draft in spite of some claims. He plays like a junior. He is still learning along with the rest of the team.

I bashed Bray after the FL lose.

He made 3 bad mistakes in the last 3 drives .
I did not see him give up tonight.
I did not see his attitude tonight.

I cannot bash him tonight.

Bray played ok but Aaron Murray is a much better QB IMO. Once Bray gets serious and studies the game he might be as good as Murray. Our secondary is awful!

I think that is a fair comparison. Tyler and Tony make some big plays and make some big mistakes. They are not the Parcells-type QB, where you want your QB to play so vanilla and not lose the game for you. When your special teams are poor and your D is suspect, you need your offense to take some chances.

Bray made some mistakes but our receivers would make life easier if they would make the easy catches. Murray had a couple of mistakes too. UT's defense and special teams cost us this game. When you put 44 points on the board you should win the game.

He doesn't need to be thinking about going pro after this year, that is all i will say...He needs more work...He had some dropped passes, but he DROPPED THE BALL AS WELL IN THIS GAME...I feel sorry for the kid, and proud that he kept fighting despite of all that went wrong...

May suffers from SEC envy. :ermm:

Ha!...probably true. But he may be right. It may have some to do with his rcvrs not pulling it off too and Romo has that issue too. I hate the Cowboys more than anything in life so I watch them hoping to see them lose and I can see what he saying.

Personally I think may is one of the best guys on espn. Aint sayin much but still...
