Not saying we will for sure win the game but this staff will outcoach Steve Superior! The ex-coach couldn't but you watch our guys Saturday.

SS is pissing in his depends this week thinking about having to face a NFL style defense. Likely having flashbacks to his Redskin days. Monte will destroy the gamecocks.

I smell a lame cock troll. I 'd bet SC doesn't score more than 10 points if i were a betting man. This team remembers how that game went last year, they'll be ready.

Little SC will have trouble getting a First down much less points. They dont have half the talent of BAMA and no real running game to speak of, and we've seen what Monte D does to pro style offenses. 0 Touchdowns in two games against a top five offense coming in and the #1 team in the country. Crompton will shred this defense (first time i've ever said that).

He won't have too, Hardesty and Brown will have them sucking wind by the second quarter. Play action will be there all night because they'll shred them with the run. I hope they take it out on SC really bad. No mercy, just a beating.

I'm getting a little giddy but I remember how we had to have vastly superior talent to win and when things went wrong all that was done was to stand on the sidelines and clap. Now we are one step ahead in the thinking process and make adjustments to more than counter what is thrown our way. Could you imagine if we had some real talent depth and playmakers at all key positions where we would be right now? I can't help but think about all that talent that our staff didn't know what to do with in the Peyton years.

This staff with the talent from '95-'01? Scary thought... would have had more than 2 SEC championships and 1 national title, thats for sure.

But at least fulmer did bring some hardware, can't take that away from him.

The real obstacle for this team will be putting the Bama game behind them. If they let the "what ifs" from Tuscaloosa take away from their focus on South Carolina, it could result in another disappointing loss to SC.

But, if the Vols direct their attention to the Cocks and have a good week of practice, I think they'll take care of business on Saturday night.

Most people here speak about all South Carolina as very delusional. Believe me, a lot are, but I think people in orange on this board needs to look in the mirror. Really!?! What is Tenn. record? 3-4 or something? People predicting to "shread our deffense" and "win by 21" Kiffen has not made you guys world beaters or anything. In fact, he has embarrased your proud program. Amazing what a moral victory does to you guys. Good luck and should be a tight game.

Ha! Proud program - proud of what - that Fulmer had 52 arrests in six years? Proud we were a team of trouble makers? Proud that the opposition loved their chances in the end with Third and Chavis? Proud that we had NO DISCIPLINE? Proud that if our game plan was not working the only adjustments we had was to clap a little louder?

USC is going to be 6-6. They still have to play Tennessee, Florida, Clemson and Arkansas--mark that down as 4 more losses. They'll end up in some crummy bowl in December, with that annoying rooster crow.

AHHH skewed statistics. 3-4, you're right. But you failed to mention that two of those losses were road games against the #1 team in the nation. Both of those games the other team was favored by at least two touchdowns and neither of them came close to covering the spread.
