You are just dumb. It won't be cheaper first of all. This is your stupid mind at work: legalize it, compare it to pharmaceutical meds, sell over the counter like ibuprofen, & tax like tobacco & alchohol. Never gonna happen.

Do you honestly think pot is more destructive than alcohol?

Hint: nobody goes to rehab for pot and there is no Weed programs like AA.

The only other uses I claimed were bs is somebody smoking it for pain but there's more I'm sure. If somebody is smoking weed for some so called legit reason instead of an alternative it's because they wanna get high too.

It can't be regulated. The government isn't gonna support a nation of potheads. Enforcing anything more than what we do now would be more trouble than it's worth. To what degree would it even be legal? Companies aren't gonna change their policies & neither are schools. If you're riding down the road & get pulled over for no seat belt & have a roach in your ashtray do you automatically go to jail for DUI? How do you test other than a field sobriety test? That's not gonna cut it. Are people just gonna be able to blaze up anywhere? I doubt it. The list goes on & on. The only rationale people that smoke can come up with is it's better than alcohol. That's fine don't drink just don't get caught smoking.

So basically you've got nothing.
If you pass field test you're not impaired.
Nobody has to change their rules they will still have the right to not higher smokers, pot or tobacco.
I still know people with moonshine stills who avoid regulations.

I don't care what people are doing as long as it doesn't hurt me. I'd rather get high than drunk if I had to choose but just because you do doesn't make you a bad person.

The list doesn't go on and on. It's a short list. Pot would cut into big pharm money at this time. If you did any actual research into it, you'd know how it slowly became illegal. If someone passes a field sobriety test, whether drinking or smoking, then they're OK, right?

Lol. Damn defensive dopers. If the evidence is right there & you been doing it a field sobriety test isn't gonna cut it. It wouldn't with an open beer & damn sure not with dope. Just ask some of our volnation finest. Lol yea moonshine stills are running rampant.

Positives about smoking............Just a few............

You don't get aggressive and start bar brawls.
You don't drive 85 in a 35 zone.
You don't call up an ex at 2 am.
You don't cry when a whiny ass song comes on the juke box.
You don't die from lung cancer or liver exploding.
You don't have any ill effects or hangover after the fact.
Due to munchies, it works to alleviate anorexia.

No, it shouldn't be prescription based. There is absolutely no need for that. That would be like saying you have to have a prescription to buy liquor at the store. It should be regulated no less than tobacco and no more that alcohol.

You live in your parents basement with no job.
You have to keep a lot of visine around.
You eat bacon bit sammiches because you broke & got the munchies.
You buy a lot of grape blunts & razor blades & waste tobacco.
You pawn your ps3 to get weed.
You sit around philosiphying with doper buds about why weed should be legal.

you assume alot of things. None of which are true.
I'm an alcoholic, 4 1/2 years sober who mentors recovering addicts. I've never used pot. Oddly I've helped people with everything from script meds to cocaine but never pot. Pot addicts don't exist.

Now say that thing about the pot pills so I can blow that up for you.
