Good question, I don't know BUT even if they didn't let everyone out already convicted going forward it would be a huge savings.

Did a quick gaggle and found this interesting article.

Were Bootleggers Released When Prohibition Ended?
The state border thing will be key here too. And according to that article there is precedent for states to keep stuff illegal after the feds clear it. Even with constitutional backing. So a weed fed law is not going to overrule a state.

One of my best friends comes from a very strict Mormon family. Her Dad spent his professional career as a church educator. Her being a coffee drinker was major drama for the family. Long story short, she convinced her brother, who has been dealing with completely debilitating depression and anxiety, to try CBD and THC. He's off all his other meds now and his parents will write you a testimonial about the miracle that's been worked in his life.

I'm fine with states setting their own drug laws, let them pay for enforcing them.

Why do you think this? OTR drivers are getting harder and harder to find. Autonomous driving will solve that problem.

I am not sure what u are asking me.

Why do I think this?

Not being funny just not sure what u are asking.

You can say this about any mind altering substance.

Im not arguing for or against weed legalization. It's just funny when actual physicians and nurses who KNOW it's negative affects on the health (especially mental health) of people are ignored by potheads who want to bring up "CBD oil cures cancer" and other BS>

It's not some miracle drug, it's simply a "healthier" version of cigarettes for those with addictive tendencies to latch on to
We don’t know that because they’ve never been able to truly study it because it’s been schedule one.

Please, regale us with tales of how crack has turned someone's life around for the better.
Turned around like they dont need it anymore? It was used to treat all sorts of stuff. It's just the list of side effects that got it banned.

Opiates come from a plant too.

But it has to be processed, manufactured, etc. same with heroin, cocaine, acid, etc.

Marijuana is just a f’ing plant. Naturally occurring and created by God, if you believe that sort of thing.

So you just pluck the buds and light them up on the spot?

Next time I see my uncle, who has MS, i'll ask him to switch to cigarettes and I'll holler at you with the results.
