Maples..........fastest at camp...

reported yesterday that Tennessee commit Tyler Maples was the fastest at camp posting a 4.41 and a 4.39 electronically timed 40. It was stated that Trooper went wild when Maples posted the 4.39.

Based on new commit Vreen and Maples having similar speed looks like Tennessee will remain a speed team.

gimme a WR who runs under 4.7 with great hands, tough, and smart enough to read a blitz anytime over a speed burner. Speed is nice but that aint all there is to the position.

Maples is listed recently as 6'2" and 188. Remember his is just starting his senior year. Plenty of time for additional maturity.
