How does it even get to this point? Hurd has started every game since he's been here except when he's been injured. He gets the lion's share of touches in every game except this last one. I assumed that was due to injury but obviously I was wrong. As for later, what good is a combine when you've shown the NFL you're going to diva out when the going gets tough. He'll get chewed up by NFL coaches.

Jalen's dad is not a trainer in CA. Yes, he was hoping for other schools but knew his influence was not as strong as others in his life at the time of his commitment. This is not coming from his father.

The truth is all defenses are keying on him as a focal point knowing Dobb's weak passing. They're loading the box and filling all gaps to stop him and if we had a decent OC he would utilize Hurd as a decoy and run play-action fakes off him which i'm sure they've tried which leads to the 2nd and 3rd problem which is either Dobbs isn't on target or the reciever drops the pass right in his hands. I've watched this repeatedly this year. JJ is the only consistent player on this offense.

Looking back, it was you that said the comment about 74 not being Jalen's uncle. Even said 74 was Jalen's Mom. You 100% on that?

Care to elaborate on how you're so sure? I firmly believe 74 was in here stirring the pot to put public pressure on CBJ. I do remember 74 saying Hurd's Mom wasn't thrown out of Neyland for getting into it with Gator fans. Understand if you can't get too specific. TIA

If you're not willing to give your all, we don't need you, I am very disappointed since he is from where I live, now without that distraction maybe we can salvage this season, and get a great offensive coordinator

Haven't read all the "stuff" posted here but I enjoyed watching Jalen but its obvious that he needs to move on. In college, YOU MUST HAVE TOTALLY SOLD OUT TEAM PLAYERS...And apparently now that its about JH I say with no hard feelings he's making the right move if that's how he feels...Personally its hard to see at this point in his career with everything that's on the line this would be considered a "smart" move though...Hmm...maybe he should have played TE...
