No, we earned points for this in 96, and 98 and 99 and 2001 , 2005, and 2006 and 2007, and 2010 and 2013.

It comes up constantly.

Where did I say she was credible? All I said is something happened in '96 between Manning & Naughright. It was settled.

Where was the outrage a week ago over this incident? The facts of the '96 case haven't changed. Why wasn't thisstory reported last year? Why this week?

Trying to discredit a person 20 after the fact is beyond stupid! Was it a money grab then, yes. But it was settled. Move on...unless you want to use a 2010 case to prove something from 1996 is well...special.

She's been "dialing for dollars" for a couple yrs now as evidenced by the University having to report her to the FBI. What reasonable person doesn't think she finally found a stool pigeon in King to run with this story just for revenge? That's all she has now. I doubt even a lowlife scum attorney would rehash this thing now. There's nothing done that would merit legal action for her benefit.

There is no doubt in my mind that she is involved in some way with either the lawsuit or the King article or both. Highly respected? Give me a break. Why isn't someone checking her life out since 2003?

This woman is nuts.

I hope she gets everything coming to her and more. People like her do nothing to help the conversation around true survivors of abuse and sexual crimes. They only drive the dialogue the wrong way in the name of pure selfishness.

Agreed. Defending this could cost millions and you could still lose. Make these women sweat through depositions so their mommas and daddies hear what they really did and then offer each a $100K plus bloodsucker fees...

I think she is showing that UT needs a better interview process before they hire someone for the athletic dept. She obviously slipped through the cracks.
