As of last Saturday there probably weren't 20 people on this board that were familiar with the story. The national media buzz this has created is really sad. Again, it's a 20 year old story...that was settled!

As I said before, this whole story is taking beating a dead horse to a whole new level. And there was a similar article written a year or 2 ago during the Jameis Winston saga. The main difference is the Title IX lawsuit and this adding more spotlight on UT.

1.I posted a link to the Clay Travis twitter account, not her social page. Everyone can decide for themselves what they think about what's posted there. We all don't need your monitoring.

2. This still has nothing to do with your accusation that I thought Peyton was involved in the lawsuit.

3. This has been kept alive in social media by those trying to make Peyton look worse than what actually happened. Not just King
You being so offended by those that respond showing it wasn't clear cut "Peyton bad - her good" irks me tbh.
But oh well.

He didnt show his pecker. She signed a doc stating he didn't. Its not being reported though so you wouldnt know that. He also apologized to her via a handwritten letter.

What offends me is that no one bothers to research anything any more. Many are making it appear that these are new accusations. The link you posted mentioned Debbie Jennings and Joan Cronan...aren't they both gone from UT?

Something happened back in 1996 between Manning and Naughright. It was settled out of court.

Getting outraged over her suing Donna Karan and anything she's subsequently done is worthless. That stuff doesn't affect UT. I don't care.

You can't change the media. They will print what they want to print. Peyton Manning is not a different person today that he was last week, last month, last year, or last decade, etc.

I think she has found a way to get extort or what ever you call it. 10 suits against celebrity types,I bet she's garnered more money from these suits that some on here have made in their lifetime. Do we see a Pattern??

She is crazy. She ran out of that 300K she was already paid and is wanting to re-up. Then she turned around and sued fashion designer Donna Karan and there is no telling how much she was forced to pay this ho.

According to the article, Naughright’s lawsuit also included several other allegations dating back to 1990. She made 33 claims against athletes, trainers, coaches and administrators, and at least four were confirmed by an investigation by school officials.

But the university also claimed Naughright, who was then going by her married name, Jamie Whited, “shared responsibility” in the harassment.

“Ms. Whited often sent mixed messages about matters complained of in her allegations in that she herself exhibited similar behavior or did not make clear that she found particular conduct to be offensive,” the report said. “Likewise, the Athletics Department administration could have avoided some problems by more clearly conveying to Ms. Whited the basis for actions she considered to be discriminatory.”

Unless math is broken did this incident not happen 20 years ago???

If Cam would have won the supper bowl and didnt act like a 4 years in press conference this probably wouldn't even be a story.
